We deliver throughout Australia.
2. Do I have to be home when my order arrives?
You do not have to be home. If you are not home, a note will be left by Australia Post for you to pick the parcel at the closest post office.
3. When will I receive my order?
Purchased goods are usually shipped within 24 hours of being paid. It then takes a few days for Australia Post to deliver your goods.
4. Can we choose to have the goods shipped by courier instead?
In our experience, we have found that Australia Post to be very reliable. We do not ship goods via courier as we do not find the additional cost to be valuable.
5. What brands do you use for the goods?
We rely on reputable brands such as Rite-Aid, Lansinoh, Gilchrist and Soames, and Colgate. In the event a supplier is momentarily out of stock, we replace the out of stock brand by another one of comparable quality.
6. Your site lists only PayPal payments. Can I pay with a credit card?
We only accept online payments using PayPal as PayPal is one of the most secure technologies to purchase online. Alternatively, please contact us to arrange for a direct debit payment.
